THIS STONE was Erected by William Keage of Mullyard who in heartfelt sorrow deposited underneath the mortal remains of his dearly beloved wife Elizabeth, who departed this life on the 20th of March, 1832, age 52 years, which sad duty Heaven decreed to his deeper affliction when on the 5th of February, 1833 his eldest son William 28 years, his Daughter-in-law Maria and his two Grand Daughters were lost by Fire at Sea to him and his family whose grief is only relieved by the Christian hope of a Joyful resurrection in a Glorious Immortality. Here also is deposited the remains of his Grandson John Thomas Broomfield, who departed this life the 24th of March, 1845, age 12 years. Eliza W. Keage Died 26th March, 1847, age 6 months. And also his son Thomas Keage who departed this life on 18th September, 1847, age 35 years. And the above William Keage who departed this life on the 14th May, 1859, age 93 years.
