Erected by George Brown of Carlingford in memory of his beloved daughter Amelia who departed this life on the 23rd of Jan.1854 Aged 19 years.
Tis God that lifts our comforts high
Or sings them in the grave
He gives and blessed be his name
He takes but what he gave.
Also his daughter Eliza wife of Archibald Mateer JP Carlingford who departed this life 10th June 1876 Aged 58 years.
